Using the directory
The directory is for general information. Nothing on this site is advice, a recommendation or an endorsement of any agency. You are responsible for checking an agency's licence, fees and contract with MOM and with the agency before you sign.
Accuracy
Agency figures come from MOM's Employment Agencies Directory and from agencies themselves. We try to keep them current but do not promise they are complete or up to date, and we are not responsible for decisions made using them.
Listing an agency
- Listing an agency is free. You must be authorised to act for the agency and the details you give must be true.
- We may edit, decline, suspend or remove a listing, for example if details are inaccurate or the licence is no longer valid.
- maidagency.net may also add an agency to the directory on its own initiative, without a request from the agency, using information that MOM and the agency make public. Whether, when and how any agency is listed, labelled, ranked, edited or removed is decided by maidagency.net alone. To correct details on a listing, email [email protected].
- Top, Premium and Spotlight are optional paid promotions. They change where an agency is shown, not the MOM figures. The scope, price and period of each promotion are confirmed with the agency in writing before it starts.
- Spotlight has only four positions. We decide the positions that are not reserved by agencies.
Our content
The design, code and original text on this site belong to maidagency.net. Agencies keep the rights to their own logos and descriptions and give us permission to display them on the directory.
Links
We link to agency websites and social pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, maidagency.net is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory or from dealings between you and an agency.
Changes and law
We may change these terms by updating this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
